In this day and age you get what you pay for it seems. Most hosting companies operate a numbers game and charge very little but overload their capacity and also offer very poor support services.  You are lucky if you can get someone that can speak English you’ll understand.  While SemoTech is not cheap by any means, you sure get your money’s worth in the prompt response, knowledge, and proper command of the English language.
